Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Rec League

In general, there are NO REFUNDS. As a 5013c nonprofit, we use registration fees for purchases toward equipment, league fees, refs, etc. All sales/purchases are final. This includes all leagues, camps, clinics, merchandise, etc. No refunds will be made after the start of the season except in the case of injury, where a doctor’s note must accompany a refund request. Exceptions to this policy are: 1) UTBA doesn't field a team for the age group registered 2) Medical reasons 3) Natural Disaster

Travel Basketball
